THAI Royal Orchid Lounge (International) in Phuket Airport is open

Dear passengers,

We are pleased to announce that our THAI Royal Orchid Lounge (International) in Phuket Airport is open from 7th October, 2021 with our exclusive service offerings for passengers to enjoy and relax before the flight. Royal Silk Class passengers, Royal Orchid plus Gold card holders of THAI and Star Alliance flights, Smile Plus passengers on Thai Smile flights, Star Alliance Business Class passengers and Star Alliance Gold card holders are entitled to access to lounge upon the operating time and conditions. For those passengers holding international boarding pass regardless airlines are welcome with service fee applied.



In compliance with the Ministry of Public Health, the COVID-19 prevention measures will be followed regarding hygiene, cleaning, disinfection to maintain healthy environment along with favorable passenger comfort and safety. To ensure passenger confidence of safety standards, our lounge has certified the SHA certificate that follow and comply the Safe Travels protocols.

9.00 - 11.00 am and 4.00-11.30 pm daily
