SAUDIA (SV), the new customer airlines, will starts flying to Bangkok on 28 February from 2 cities. new


Operated by Saudi Arabia’s national carrier Saudia, the inaugural flight comes after diplomatic ties between the two countries were normalized last month. The government has hailed the restored relationship as an opportunity to boost tourist arrivals from the Middle East.

SAUDIA (SV), the new customer airlines (Passenger & Ramp Handling), will starts flying to Bangkok on 28 February from 2 cities.

Saudia Airlines from Saudi Arabia announcing the start date of flights between Saudi Arabia and Thailand. It will begin flying its first flight on February 28 from the two big cities, Riyadh and Jeddah to Suvarnabhumi Airport. It flew a single aircraft on the SV846 Jeddah-Riyadh-Bangkok and SV847 Bangkok-Riyadh-Jeddah flights with a Boeing 787-9. The flight schedule of both cities is as follows:

Jeddah frequency 3 flight per week. (1.30 hour stopover in Riyadh)
SV846 JED-BKK STD: 0430 STA: 1805
SV847 BKK-JED STD: 2035 STA: 0255+1

Riyadh frequency 3 flights per week
RUH-BKK STD: 0715 STA: 1805
BKK-RUH STD: 2035 STA: 0030+1

Meanwhile Saudia will operate three flights per week – on Monday, Wednesday and Friday- on the Riyadh-Bangkok route until March 25.

The summer schedule (March 27 to October 29,2022) will then switch to seven flights per week as follows:
Flight SV844/845 will fly from Jeddah to Suvarnabhumi airport on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday, while flight SV846/847 will fly the Jeddah-Riyadh-Suvarnabhumi route on Tuesday day, Thursday and Saturday.
