      To ensure smooth service for passengers, from the beginning of journey to the finish of flight, THAI provides passengers with support including load control and baggage service.
Check-in
• Checking ticket and travel document validation, conducting seating assignment and luggage tagging, and
        issuing boarding pass.
        • Handle Customer Airline check in system as the following: Altea, Travel sky, S-DCS, PR system, Babel CLF, JL
        system, QIK Check, GA system, KE system, SQ system, SK system, OZ system, IRES, NAVITARE
      
Departure & Arrival
• Gate Services - Providing convenience to passengers at boarding gates and checking travel documents for
        departure flights to ensure flight punctuality.
        • Arrival Passenger Services - Supporting services for arrival passengers and helping transit passengers to
        connect their flights.
Load Control & Weight Balance
• Controlling and planning cargo to ensure the highest safety, coordinating with particular agencies to ensure that the aircraft is on schedule, and preparing fly documents.
Baggage Services
• Giving luggage information to passengers at arrival area, tracking missing luggage, and delivering delayed baggage to passengers.
