Charter Flight Services

Charter Handling Services - Coordinate with all concerned authorities i.e. Immigration, Customs, Quarantine, AOT, and other concerned handling department i.e. for smooth flight handling as well as flight handling fee collection.
- Keep coordinate with Control & Command - C&C Center for flight movement including diverted flights to DMK.
- Provide handling for Charter / Supplementary flights at both BKK and DMK
- Provide handling for diverted flight at DMK.
- Provide handling for special flights : Military Flights, Ambulance Flight at both BKK and DMK
- Prepare flight booking details including shorting or misconnecting at destination as well as all required special services list including VVIP, VIP, and CIP List.
- Accompany Passengers / Crew through all arrival formalities, if contracted.
- Check with Gate Supervisor ( & CLC ) for final passenger & baggage acceptance and any special case and total meal order including additional order as well
